A light rain and some thunder recorded from the inside of my apartment, to a light open window on my shure mv88. Unprocessed. Some cars passing by, rain receding.
My house is next to a nature preserve but there is also a road where cars drive by every so often so there are parts of this recording with car sounds and parts with just the birds chirping.
A rainstorm intensifying around 2 pm, heard through the north window of hale wainani f on the university of hawaii campus. Occasional cars, distant sirens, birds are audible. Recorded on a sony pcm-m10 using the internal mics.
